Clue 3 - finished it on Saturday or Sunday, surprisingly quickly, anyway! i'm very much enjoying this knit, finding it pretty straightforward so far. of course, I have the advantage of the Addi lace needles (3.5mm) and good yarn that's is a smidge thicker than the zephyr peoplpe seem so keen on.This will certainly be a more rural - not silk-shiney- version of Melanie's stole.
Emily's the knitter, Clare's the spinner, and we both like cocktails!

It looks great in the thicker yarn... I still haven't even gotten around to swatching for my Mystery Stole!
Both look very nice. I know what you mean about needing a lace fix, too.
Why thanks. The MS3 is in a yarn that's 190 yards approx per 25g - so about an ounce - so that would be - um - 3040 yards per pound - ish. (Assuming you are in the US - which may be utterly wrong, and I must admit is based on you saying gotten rather than got!). otherwise - 760 yards in 100g.
And JoVe - are you doing any lace just now???
Your Mystery Stole is lovely, and Swallowtail looks great! I'm very impressed!
Yours Mystery looks really fine, and I like the Swallowtail. It's such an easy and decorative pattern to knit.
I like it. I started swatching my MS3 with stash yarn I got from fyberspates, but then I gave up because I didn't feel up to knitting all summer with black cobweb-weight yarn on 2mm needles, to end up with what would amount to a generously-sized bookmark.
But yours looks great.
